He holds a B.Eng and M.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, complemented by an MBA in Financial Management. A registered engineer with COREN and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Kayode has built a distinguished career progressing from hands-on electrical engineering roles to senior leadership. Most notably, he served as Head of Engineering at Access Bank Plc for over 13 years, where he led power systems management, facility optimisation, energy-efficiency initiatives, and large-scale infrastructure projects across the bank’s national operations network.

His core competencies include power systems engineering, industrial automation, renewable energy solutions, control engineering, preventive maintenance, and technology-driven infrastructure development.
