We maintain a two-pronged approach to post-sales service; the In-warranty Services and the SLA.
For In-Warranty Support Services, customers’ installation sites are periodically monitored with free quarterly preventive maintenance visits during the first year of warranty.
After warranty, we provide different maintenance service options from which customers could select a suitable service depth matching their requirements. Details are available on request.
Hands-on support experience of our technical staff covers from few kVAs capacity to multi-MVA single units, supported at different locations across the country in the last 15 years.
